I think it means for you use the corned beef with potatoes already in it and this is meant to build on that with peppers, etc. I get it.

I guess it was me who was drinking when I let this recipe go through submission without changing the title. I should change that. What do you think? "Super Corned Beef Hash"? Corned Beef Hash With Peppers And Assorted Spices"? I'm totally open to suggestions. Thanks for the note C.B.H.G.
