I agree with 'divah' - use yogurt (preferably vanilla) instead of the tofu and it's a great smoothie.

I replace the tofu with vanilla yogurt and it turned out good.

I am Diabetic, so I actually did ask my doctor about this drink. and he said that it was perfect. So I tried it and it was great.

It's pretty cool if ur on a low carb diet. U can also use other fruits.

You can use 8 oz of unsweetened almond milk (Almond Breeze is what I have) for only 1 net carb. Great recipes! Thank you so much for making the effort to post them!

I agree with mimi. strawberries have sugars and carbs too. this recipe would use up an entire day's allowance of carbs, especially during induction.

Mimi - Most regular smoothies have in excess of 80g carbs so 11g is pretty low in comparison!
