By Locker165 (Team Breakfast Member)Ulster is mostly in Northern Ireland which is a part of the United Kingdom so the correct flag is a Union Flag. No Ulster Fry would be eaten south of the border. They have an Irish Fry down there. I think you should remove the Irish Tricolour from this page.

If you haven't had it... you have to try it. I spent 2 months in Ireland and breakfast is one of my favorite memories. Good Irish Pubs have it here sometimes - almost as good.

I was raised on 'em just one thing Catholics do not eat Ulster fry's they can eat the Munster fry but ulster fry is exclusively cooked in protestant homes.

I visited northern Ireland and tried the ulster fry - it was awesome. Going again this year manly for the ulster fry.

I live in England and we can get potato and soda farls here. Very tasty. I toast or grill them eat them with eggs and tomatoes. This sounds really good!
