You have to get past the hokey name. You have to get past your suspicion that a French patisserie is completely out of place in the dusty tourist trap that is Sedona, Arizona. You might want to overlook the fact that they proudly serve Starbucks coffee. But don't get all huffy and think you can't swallow any of the above. The flaky perfection of their croissants is about to make a believer of you.
Imagine buttery layers of light as air croissant with tart strawberry jam. Or starting your morning with popovers or brioche or pan au chocolat. Or skipping breakfast and going straight for a slice of tart tartin. Close your eyes and imagine breakfast in Paris. Then open them and realize you are in fact amongst some of the most stunning rock formations you'll ever see. It's times like these when you realize that a casual cafe breakfast can truly become a religious experience.
