Vanilla Pancake Syrup

- 1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1/2 cup whipping cream

1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine the sugar, corn syrup and whipping cream in a saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until mixed and sugar is dissolved. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until syrup begins to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Awesome on pancakes and waffles. Serve warm.
