Breakfast Fuit Cups

(4 servings)

  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla lowfat yogurt
  • 2 oranges - peeled and sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 banana - peeled and sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon golden raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Less than 100 calories per serving!

Divide fruit equally into 4 serving bowls.

Dollop 1 well-rounded Tablespoon of yogurt over fruit in each bowl and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon and sugar.


Easy to make and delicious. A fresh start to any day. Enjoy! I use vanilla yogurt which, by the way, is fantastic just on orange slices alone.
