Bacon Swiss Waffles

(4 servings)

  • 2 cups Bisquick original baking mix
  • 1 and 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 slices cripsy cooked bacon - crumbled
Heat waffle iron to medium setting. Lightly grease with cooking spray when warm.

In a medium bowl, beat Bisquick, milk and eggs until smooth. Stir in cheese and bacon until well blended. Do not over-mix.

Pour batter 1 cup at a time onto center of hot waffle iron.

Cook according to waffle iron instructions or until steaming stops and waffle is golden brown.

Top with butter and maple syrup if desired.


Easy to prepare. Makes about 8 medium-sized waffles.
