Spicy Egg Frittata
(3 servings)
- 4 large eggs

1 medium onion - chopped

1/2 hot chili pepper - chopped

1/4 teaspoon edible turmeric

1/2 teaspoon powdered pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons cooking oil
Mix all the ingredients - except oil - in a bowl.
Place the frying pan on medium-high heat. Grease the pan with the oil. Now pour the mixture into the pan.
Heat until bottom turns golden brown. Flip and brown the other side.
Serve hot.
A spicy dish for spice lovers. Can be used for making delicious sandwiches.
