Apple Cinnamon Ricotta Pancakes
(1 serving)
- pancakes
- apple sauce
- cinnamon
- maple syrup
- ricotta cheese
Here's a recommended recipe for homemade buttermilk pancakes.
First, you're going to want to make your pancakes, do it however you usually make them.
Next you're going to want to make some apple sauce, make as much as you feel you and/or your family will eat. Try to make these two at the same time as these can be lengthy tasks. Once you have these two items made, get out the rest of the ingredients. For all of these ingredients there is no real set amount you should take out. Get as much as you feel you will eat.
Lay a pancake down on a plate and scoop out some ricotta cheese onto the pancake. Next, (with another spoon, if you want) scoop out some apple sauce and spread it out overtop of the ricotta. Then sprinkle some cinnamon on the apple sauce. Use your judgement as to how much.
Wrap up the pancake into a burrito-like shape. Make sure the ricotta, apple sauce, and cinnamon are INSIDE the pancake. Once you have your "burrito pancake", drizzle some maple syrup on top of it.
You are now ready to eat. You can use either a fork or a spoon to eat this. Remember that there might be some maple syrup left over on your plate.
Enjoy!
I didn't put down any measurements for the ingredients as this depends on how hungry you are or whether you are eating with family or company.
