Cucumber & Semolina Panckaes
(2 servings)
- 2 cups grated cucumber

2 cups semolina

buttermilk - enough to mix the above into a batter

3 or 4 teaspoons brown sugar

2 finely cut green chillies

1 pinch salt

butter - for topping
-
honey - for topping
Mix the grated cucumber, semolina, brown sugar, salt, chilies and buttermilk into a batter of pouring consistency.
Immediately pour a ladle full and make pancakes.
Serve with butter and honey.
This is a sweet and sour recipe. The taste is different from the other pancakes you'd normally make.
