
Candy Banana Smoothie

(2 servings)

- 1 cup low-fat chocolate milk

1/2 cup chocolate frozen yogurt or icecream

1 medium banana - chopped into coins

your favorite candy bar - crumbled (I like Butterfinger or Kit Kat bars - but most any candy bar will work)
Pulse the chocolate milk with banana and yogurt (or ice cream) in a blender until smooth. Place blender in the freezer for an hour or two until it firms up a little.
Add remaining ingredients and pulse until well mixed and slushy. Add additional milk for a smoother smoothie.
Serve right away.

A huge smile is a healthy way to start the day. Great for an afternoon snack too!
