Sausage And Egg Garlic Toast

- 2 large eggs

4 thin sausages

2 pieces toast

garlic puree
-
tomato sauce (or ketchup)

butter
First take the 2 pieces of toast and butter them. Next, add some garlic to the buttered toast and spread.
Cook the sausages and cut them in half long ways.
Put 2 sausages(4 halves) on each bit of toast.
Poach the eggs and place one on top of the sausages on each bit of toast, add tomato sauce (or ketchup) if you want.
The garlic is really good with the eggs. Of course, you could change the sausages for bacon or just have egg. Enjoy.
