Orange Banana Delight

(4 servings)

  • 1 and 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 large banana - broken in 4-5 pieces
  • 1 cup strawberry yogurt (matter of preference)
  • 2 cups of your favorite frozen sherbert (I love raspberry. All the different types of fruits make a tasty treat!)
Blend the orange juice with the banana's until completely liquified.

Add the yogurt, blend on low.

Add sherbert, blend high until mixed.

Makes about 24 ounces.

Serve immediately or freeze for a longer lasting treat.


This smoothie has sherbert in it. I know some people will say that's bad for breakfast, but look at the nutrition on grocery store sherbert... you can definitely get good low fat sherberts and keep everything healthy.
