Stuffed Sausages
(4 servings)
- good quality pork sausage
- mild cheese
- tomato chutney or relish
- bacon
Cook sausages in oven or on barbeque. Split them lengthways and place sliver of cheese and plenty of chutney or relish in split.
Wrap each in streaky bacon and grill until bacon is cooked.
My wife made these on bbq. Grandchildren liked them so much, they have them with egg for breakfast.
