Simple Banana Smoothie

- 1 medium banana

1/4 teaspoon vanilla or vanilla banana nut flavor

skim milk - about 3/4 glass
Mix all the ingredients together using a bullet or blender until smooth.
If desired, top with a dash of cinnamon. Enjoy!
