Super Fruit Smoothie

- Ice
- Banana
- Apple
- Kiwi
- Buleberries
- Raspberries
- Strawberries
- Blackberries
- pomegranate seeds
- Flaxseeds.
Peel banana, apple, and kiwi cut into smaller pieces put into blender add about 4 or 5 ice cubes or whatever you prefer. Then blend till ingredients are broken down then take your washed blueberries 1/2 cup, raspberries 1/4 cup, strawberries 4 or 5, blackberries 1/4 cup, pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup, and put into blender and blend till smooth. Now the flaxseeds can be added while ingredients are being blended or after smoothie is made flaxseeds can be added. All ingredients can be added or subtracted to suit yourself enjoy.
This smoothie is a great blend and a great nutritional boost to anyone's diet. Remeber just have fun and have a great time, and give our heavenly father and our saviour jesus christ praise.
