
Peanut Butter Banana French Toast

(4 servings)

- 1/4 cup milk
-
1 large egg
-
1 to 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
-
1 pinch cinnamon
-
1 pinch nutmeg
-
1 banana per sandwich
-
peanut butter
-
sliced bread (2 slices per sandwich)
Batter makes three or more sandwiches.
- Mix together milk, egg, sugar and spices.
Set aside.
- Heat frying pan over medium heat (lightly butter if using a non-non-stick pan).
- Spread peanut butter on one side of each slice of bread (do this to taste).
- Slice banana lengthwise.
- Layer it on peanut buttered bread slice.
- Top with 2nd peanut buttered bread slice.
- dip both sides of sandwich in batter.
- Fry as you would french toast.
ENJOY!!
