Cranberry Banana Smoothy
(2 servings)
- 1/4 cup of fresh cranberries

1/4 cup frozen blueberries or raspberries (or combination)

1 medium banana

3/4 cup of milk (soy milk works well)

1 Tablespoon honey

2 or 3 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in your blender and pulse until smooth.
For best results, freeze the cranberries before making. It's also a good idea to sample a cranberry. If super tart, increase the honey by a teaspoon.
For an even smoother smoothie replace 1/4 cup of the milk with plain or vanilla yogurt.
