Easy Cheddar & Shrimp Crostini
(1 serving)
- 1 toasted baguette
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 3 poached mini shrimps
- avocado dip
Toast baguette. Top with avocado dip, shrimp and cheddar. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until browned lightly on top.
This could be breakfast. More of a brunch snack. Cheers. This serves as many as you want it to.
