Orange Honey Butter (8 servings) 1/2 cup softened butter (one stick; preferably unsalted) 2 Tablespoons honey 1 Tablespoon grated orange zest In a mixing bowl, beat the butter until it's fluffy. Add the honey and orange zest and beat until well blended. I like a lot of orange flavor so I put in the complete Tablespoon of zest. My original recipe called for 2 teaspoons of orange zest. I've also seen similar recipes that call for 2 Tablespoons of orange marmalade in place of the zest, so you might want to try that too. This is my current favorite topping for French Toast.
