Fuzzy Navel Smoothie

(4 servings)

  • 2 oranges - peeled and segmented with seeds removed
  • 1 cup pecans pieces
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 2 cups filtered water
In a blender, add oranges, dates, pecans, entire vanilla bean (de-seeded if using a standard blender) and water. Pulse until well-combined and smooth.


A light and creamy healthy breakfast treat with oranges, pecans, dates and vanilla.
