Spicy Scrambled Eggs Special

(4 servings)

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 onions - diced
  • cabbage - as you decide (cut into thin long pieces)
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 1 handful grated coconut
  • oil
  • ginger-garlic paste - according to your liking
  • tomato sauce
Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt. Add the grated coconut into this and stir well.

Take some oil in a frying pan, and gently fry the vegetables in it until it becomes soft(you needn't keep on stirring the vegetables. Just add a little oil, close it and get it steamed).

As it becomes soft, add the ginger- garlic paste and a little tomato sauce and stir. After keeping it closed for a minute, add the beaten eggs and stir thoroughly.

Take it out when you smell your spicy scrambled special egg is ready.


I have heard that most people around the world is allergic to hot and spicy food. This recipe will be useless for such people. Unless they do not know to control the amount of green chillies and ginger-garlic paste that you add in it.
