Cinnamon Java Brunch Cocktail

- 1 and 1/2 cups crushed ice

1 ounce coffee liqueur

1 ounce vanilla vodka

1 ounce Frangelico

1 shot espresso
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 10 to 15 seconds.
Dip a tall coffee glass into a rimmer sponge soaked with simple syrup. Coat the rim generously with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Pour the frozen blend into the middle of the glass - taking care to avoid the cinnamon rim.
Garnish with 2 cinnamon sticks.
A great way to enjoy your java when it's hot outside. Nice for a weekend brunch or as a sweet finish to an elegant dinner.
