Shredded Wheat Pancakes

- 2 eggs - well beaten

1 and 1/2 cups milk

1 and 1/2 cups pancake mix

3 Nabisco Shredded Wheat Biscuits - coarsely crushed

maple syrup - optional
Combine the eggs and milk. Beat in pancake mix until blended. Stir in Shredded Wheat.
Preheat greased griddle or skillet to medium-low heat. Drop batter by spoonfuls onto griddle. Cook until lightly browned on bottom. Turn - brown other side.
Serve with maple syrup, if desired.
Makes 12 (about 4-inch pancakes).
