Nutty Fruit Smoothie
(1 serving)
- 1 banana

1 handful of pecans (roasted is best)

2 scoops of frozen natural yogurt (or soya yogurt)

2 Tablespoons maple syrup

1/2 cup of pineapple juice (or apple juice)

1/2 cup raisins
Put all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth or for a crunchier smoothie only blend for a short while.
Serve with another little drizzle of maple syrup on top.
This is more of a special custom blended yogurt than a smoothie really. You could drink it, but it's probably best enjoyed with a spoon.
