Grapefruit Cups
(4 servings)
- 2 grapefruits

2 glace (candied) cherries
-
low-calorie sweetener
Cut the grapefruits in half then cut around each half, loosening the flesh from the outer skin.
Cut between the segments to loosen the flesh then remove the central core and pips.
Place a grapefruit half into four individual sundae glasses.
Sprinkle with a little sweetener and place half a glace cherry in the middle of each grapefruit.
Simple, but extremely refreshing.
