Breakfast Shake

(2 servings)

  • 1 large banana
  • 3 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 scoops chocolate ice cream
  • 2 cups milk
Place all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth. Use more or less milk depending on how thick you'd like it.

My mom makes it with vanilla yogurt instead of the ice cream so you could try that too. But you can also get fat-free ice cream so it won't be too bad.
