Peanut Butter Omelette
(1 serving)
- 3 eggs per omelette
-
milk - about 2 Tablespoons per omelet
-
peanut butter
-
waxed paper
20 to 30 minutes before you are going to cook the omelets, spread peanut butter on the wax paper about 1/4-inch thick making 2 to 3 inch patties (1 for each omelet).
Cook the omelet as you normally would, but just before folding, peel the peanut butter from the waxed paper and place in the omelet. This may sound a bit odd, but as they say, don't knock it 'till you've tried it! Also a great way to get kids who don't like breakfast to eat.
An unusual omelet with peanut butter as its filling. The submitter says that kids love it.
