Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

(3 servings)

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • cheese (if processed use 2 to 3 slices; if Cheddar simple shred and add to your liking)
Heat a frying pan with a Tablespoon or two of butter. Combine eggs and milk with wire whisk. Once pan is hot (butter is bubbly) add egg mixture.

Scramble with spatula and once the mixture is almost totally dry add cheese. Let cheese melt.


A good, basic scrambled eggs and cheese recipe. Nothing fancy - just easy and delicious.
