Kluski z Zoltek (Polish Egg Balls)
(2 servings)
- 3 hard-cooked egg yolks
- 3 raw egg yolks
- salt and pepper
- pinch of nutmeg
Mash the cold cooked eggs to a powder. Add raw yolks and season. Mix to a thick paste. Drop into boiling soup and serve immediately.
