Apricot Yogurt Cereal

(1 serving)

  • 1x WeetaBix
  • As much Dried Apricot as you want
  • 100g cornflakes
  • 200g any flavour yogurt as long as it is pot set
Break the weetbix up; add the corn flakes mix around; add the yoghurt.

Chop the dried apricots into small cubes about a 1/2 a centimetre big. Add the fruit and stir until completely covered in yogurt. Serve.


This makes a really tasty and sweet breakfast.
