Strawberry Butter
(25 servings)
- 1 cup fresh hulled strawberries
- 2 cups sweet butter - softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- dash of pure vanilla
In a blender combine all of the ingredients. Mix together well scrape down the sides if needed.
Store in the refrigerator in a covered container. This may also be frozen for later use.
* For a slightly different variation with a fresh, citrus kick, try adding a teaspoon of freshly grated orange peel to the mix.
Something a little different for all those pancakes, waffles and biscuits you are making.
