Easter Egg Casserole

(4 servings)

  • 6 to 8 hard boiled eggs - shelled
  • 1 Tablespoon sweet relish
  • 4 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • prepared mustard to taste
  • 2 packages prepared white sauce
  • 2 cups grated mellow cheese
Split eggs and remove yolks.

In a small dish, combine yolks, relish, mayonnaise and mustard.

Stuff eggs with yolk mixture and place in a large Pyrex baking dish.

Pour prepared white sauce over all.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Top with grated cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees F. until cheese is melted and bubbly.
