Less milk for sure but overall a good recipe. And add the cheese in stages so that at the end, you have some still very strong tasting as it's not completely mixed in. I would totally recommend adding spices and stuff as well.

A little too much milk. Make it more like 1/2 cup and the eggs will turn out much better.

How about using a little softened cream cheese with the mixture? Anybody tried it?

I reduced the milk to 1/2 cup. Also added a teaspoon mixed dry herbs. Topped it off with about 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar. So good!

I made this yesterday, and my family loved it. So I'm making this again this morning! And, considering I'm only 10, this recipe is easy!

I think a cup of milk is too much. I used 1/2 cup milk and about 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese. It was super good that way. I served it with a little salsa on top to make it Southwestern.

What kind of milk should I use? Fresh milk or powdered milk? It was not specified and sorry I'm not familiar with this recipe but my bf mentioned he loves this so I want to cook this for him.

Sprinkle on 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese at the end, remove the pan from the stove and cover it until the cheese melts. It was delicious!

Easy, cheesy, breezy. Good cheese makes good scrambled eggs. I like a quality pepper jack or a white Irish cheddar.

You don't put the cheese over the top you put it in wen u whisk the milk and eggs together, no offense on that one.

No offense but its basic math... if you want to know how to make one egg. Its just 1/6 of a cup.

Divide 1 cup into 6 and see what you get? Remember to count the grains of grated cheese as well!

This is basically how I make it too, except I add a little grated cheese when I start to scramble and then add a little more at the last minute. I'd also suggest that you turn off the heat at the end and cover with a lid to help the cheese melt faster.
