Excellent homemade corned beef hash! Their strawberry freezer jam is EXACTLY like my grandma made. My mom teared up when she tasted it. 4 eggs though because NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO PROPERLY COOK AN EGG OVER EASY!!!

Editorial not specifically at Biscuits but they suffer from the same issue:

I just can't find a breakfast restaurant that can cook eggs properly. In all egg preparation methods the egg white is set, period. Uncooked egg whites in any egg preparation method is simply incorrect and undercooked. Scrambled eggs are also never prepared properly they are always overcooked. There needs to be a better teaching tool to get these line cooks to learn how to cook an egg properly.
