Arrived a little after 8 on Sunday morning, Mrs D and I were greeted by a very enthusiastic server who took time to explain the breakfast menu and a brief recent history (apparently breakfast restaurants burn down frequently here...). Diner style Hipster place with a lounge that serves food late...As you may know, good CBH rocks my world however (according to Heather this place has a rep for excellent chicken and waffles) what to do? Mrs D offered to skip her customary ham steak to facilitate our analysis of the chick/waffle AND the CBH! Yeah I know she's amazing, and Rocco (the Bad Yorkie)we know always appreciates leftover homemade corned beef and amazing fried chicken (Mrs D likes to restrict his carb intake however...). As noted the fried chicken and waffle was out of this world including the the gravy! The corned beef was in house made and great together with nicely seasoned potatoes, whoa... in fact everything was cooked to perfection and enjoyed by all!

If you happen to be in Olympia check this place out for a great breakfast and plenty of food! The three of us needed to walk off our fabulous breakfast, so off to Tumwater Falls park (used to be the home of Olympia Beer), what a day!

One side note no one could give a good explanation for the name of this place....
