Union Bridge is a small town on Rt. 75 between Johnsville and New Windsor. It is not on a main thoroughfare, but is worth the trip. Butterburg in is a family restaurant with employees who care. Some regulars are greeted by name and often asked if they just what "the usual." On my first trip, I was treated almost like a long-lost regular. Breakfast was my standard--eggs over easy, home fries, bacon, and wheat toast. All arrived promptly and the home fries even had a bit of onion in them. Strong recommendation. By the way, stay for lunch or at least get some cream of crab soup to go. Delicious!
