I ordered a simple breakfast consisting of only three items: scrambled eggs, bacon and toast... NO HASH BROWNS! So, What did I get served to me? Eggs, HASH BROWNS and toast! Washington must have a mandatory YOU MUST HAVE HASH BROWNS rule!
