This is one of a verrry small chain of upscale bakery/cafes... Check it out at www.yellowvase.com ... This location boasts a fabulous ocean view... They serve decadent cakes & pastries along with a gourmet breakfast & luck menu... I didn't check a coffee refill rating because they serve "designer" coffee (no refills)
