Like my husband, I'm a breakfast fanatic, and I love Wildberry's. Most of the time we hit the Libertyville location to fuel up before I go spend money we don't have on tack and other horsey stuff at Dover Saddlery.

However, on those rare occasions that we need to pick up some stuff at Ikea, we visit this location in an effort to mentally prepare ourselves for the trauma that surely lies ahead. (I'm sorry to report that there is neither enough Intelligentsia coffee nor Berry Bliss pancakes that can prep you for the Ikea experience).

Wildberry's is consistent, and that is what we love about it. All kinds of tasty treats sure to please any palate. And while the Libertyville location is geared more towards families, trendy teens, and those military recruits from the naval base due north, the crowd you will find at the Schaumburg location is different. If you enjoy watching "Jersey Shore", then rest assured, this is your place!

The wait is long on the weekends (up to an hour), but you get lost watching the people. It's total "GTL (gym, tan,laundry)", gold chains, Puma sweat suits, and pre-breakfast tequila shots at the Tavern next door. This place would do Snookie and the Situation proud!

You must experience this location at least once, and it's mandatory before an outing to Ikea. Trust me; you'll be grateful for the sage advice.
