This is the first place they've opened outside of the Reno/Tahoe area where this family of restaurants was born. Huge menu, well known for omelets, but they also make the fluffiest pancakes ever. One of their claims to fame is being selected to compete against Bobby Flay on Throwdown a few years back (not at the Redwood City location however). Whatever you order, it's a huge portion and always tasty. They use a lot of Tex-Mex ingredients in different combinations in their dishes. With a little more variety in ingredients, it could easily be a 5-egg place! :) Their breakfast "spudz" are crispy and amazing. There's also a lunch menu. The owners are very friendly and remember their customers--a great quality!
