And to think I thought this chain was ONLY back in California! But, I found two more here in Colorado!

The meals are HUGE and they are known (and I mean lines OUT THE DOOR on wknds!) for their Dutch Baby and Apple Pancake! They are served on a dinner plate and are several inches high and overfill the plate!! They are generous and you won't go away hungry!! They have many versions of pancakes, from classic buttermilk to chocolate chip and I love their sausage!! WELL worth the wait!!
