Bring back the Tsar. Europe, the Grand Hotel Europe's signature restaurant, shows you how the better half would have lived if the better half were still alive in 1920's Russia. The Sunday brunch (make your reservations early) is not just dining, it's a spectacle. Tables are laden with crawfish, salmon, shrimp, caviar, rows and rows of decadent petit fours, roast beef, hot soups, cold soups, fruit arranged in towering topiaries, and that's all before you start on the stations. There are omellette stations, ice-cream stations, crepe stations, even a Chinese station 'cause what the hell, why not? And it's all in a gem of an Art Noveau room, against a background in which the clink of gleaming silver mixes with silky jazz. This is how life should be. This is how my life should be.
