The bagels for the most part are fresh and good. But the coffee situation is horrendous. I have been there four times in the past week, morning hours when most people want their coffee and all times the coffee pots have been empty or only enough to fill half a cup. When a place is a coffee shop there should ALWAYS be coffee hot and ready to go. You shouldnt have to wait while they make more. Also this establishment has taken away the skim milk dispenser and only left out half and half so when you want skim milk in your coffee you have to go back over to the counter and request the skim milk while they pour it for you. I rate the coffee portion of this place HORRIBLE.
