Being a fan of the Towson area, there are not many places that has stuck around in that particular neighborhood like the Bel-Loc Diner.
It has done major renovations and is very wheelchair-accessable. The ramp was put in a few years ago as I have noticed since I'm wheelchair bound. The food is very good, prepared in timely manner and most of my friends from a church near by dine there after services. The staff is very friendly and the diner is very nostalgic since neighborhood changes from time to time.
It is accessible on a Bus route of MTA 3 bus and there is parking.
Very highly recommended if you want a quick eat in a nice diner setting especially while travelling on 695 East/West.
