One of our favorite lunch spots turns out to serve equally fine breakfasts. You'll never run out of coffee at Michael's! A friendly room with a sports motif divided between UNC Tarheel memorabilia and golf course paintings. All the breakfast dishes from omelets to bagels and tasty breakfast sandwiches. Barbara's Special is bacon, tomato and melted swiss on an English muffin. Usual Southern choice of hash browns or grits. Quiet except on Sundays when motorcyclists gather to eat, talk and show of their bikes.
