I would give this place 5 Golden Eggs, but I feel that there is always room for a better meal. IHOP here in Massapequa has great food with great service, but the small parking lot and sometimes unbearable wait could test some impatient patrons. The omlettes are dead on, but sometimes a little runny. The buttermilk pancakes are their bread and butter (no pun intended), only to be outdone by their chocolate chip pancakes. Also, this place seems to run out of skim milk everytime we go there. Take the family and enjoy the food.
