Baltimore restaurants have odd hours, and the Paper Moon is one of the few places that is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. As a bonus, it's not scary, or dirty, or gross. It's a "diner" but the food is more of a healthy/21st century adaptation. You can see the menu here. Breakfast is served all day and night. Anytime! My personal favorite? The Green Eggs and Hen.
An added bonus is the decor, which is almost impossible to describe. There are lots of old barbie dolls and GI Joes involved, however. The service varies. Sometimes it's very good, sometimes not, depending on who happens to be working and when. Usually two or three people attempt to serve you at once, and things can get a little confusing. But I've never had a bad meal there.
