It doesn't matter if you want breakfast at 7:00 AM or 1:00 AM--the service is always slow, slow, slow. Service is less than friendly; refills on beverages are rare. In a town of 25,000--it's a shame that this is the only "big scale" family restaurant--as they often miss the mark.
