Breakfast is the name of the game at the West Galax Diner. Steaming hot coffee brought to you as you take your seat and refilled often. Eggs cooked to perfection (especially the over easy) with home fries and bacon cooked just right or biscuits and gravy with country ham - hard to choose. I just keep going back. Great breakfast, friendly staff and a meeting place for locals who are more than willing to invite you into their conversation.
